A New Addition...

What to say about this session? I was very excited to do these pictures because I find pregnancy extremely exciting and beautiful. Belly shots are one of my favorites to do. When Mrs. A contacted me she expressed that she wanted to incorporate her husband who is deployed at the time into the photos. We put our heads together and came up with a few things. I think the outcome was awesome. I'm so glad I was included in her 9 month journey to motherhood, and I wish all the best for her and her little girl.

Loving how their engagement pictures came out and seeing what a fun couple these two were made me super excited when they asked me to do their wedding pictures. They had a very small ceremony with few family and friends. We met in downtown Valdosta, and got to work. They were more than willing to try anything and everything that I asked and were, like always, a joy to work with. I wish them a life full of love and laughter. I can tell they love each other very much and I feel blessed to have been chosen to spend their special day with them!

My little sister is here in town visiting her dad for a few weeks and I was so excited when she got here because I couldn't believe how much she had grown up since the last time I saw her. I knew immediately that I was dressing her up and taking pictures of her. She never wears makeup and her hair is very curly/frizzy. So we straightened her hair, put a little makeup on her, and let her borrow some clothes and jewelry. This is our final product and I couldn't be happier. She is such a beautiful girl; inside and out.

Little Miss A and her one year adventure.

Well, Sunday I got the joy of shooting with this little doll. I did her mommy's maternity pictures, as well as her newborn pictures, so I was more than thrilled when mommy contacted me for 1 year pictures. She was such a doll right off the bat. It took no time at all for her to warm up to me and start showing off that precious little smile. She definitely has a killer personality. I can't wait to shoot with her again.

A few little things...

I recently stumbled across a blog that is a huge list of little things in life to appreciate... it inspired me to share some of the little things in life that I love.

-the look on the grooms face when he sees his bride walking down the aisle.

Yay! I got a blog.

Well I've been thinking for a few months about creating a blog. I finally got around to it!!! So I will be posting on here as often as I can with pictures from photo shoots, contests, short stories, and experiences. I hope you enjoy.
